Commissioned by Denbighshire County Council, as part of on-going investment in existing housing stock we are undertaking major work to repair and refurbish more than 100 council homes in Llangollen, Ruthin and Rhyl.

The project to improve the homes includes: roofing, replacement windows, doors and fascias, together with widespread refurbishment of brickwork and rendering. In an aim to inconvenience residents as little as possible all work will be undertaken with tenants in situ.

Work on the mix of flats, semi-detached homes, terraced houses and bungalows was awarded mid-December with a 8th January start on site, despite a short mobilisation period over the Christmas break, work started on time.

In partnership with Denbighshire County Council’s employability team we’re working hard to provide placement opportunities for unemployed local people and engaging with the local school regarding workshops and work placements between now and April.
